6. Heavy anchor boltsThe grades of expansion bolts are 45, 50, 60, 70, 80; The materials are mainly divided into Austenite A1, A2 and A4. Martensite and ferrite C1, C2, C4; Its representation, for example, A2-70; "--" represents bolt material and strength grade respectively. Common bolting materials: Q215, Q235, 25 and 45 steel. For important or special purpose threaded joints, alloy steels with high mechanical properties such as 15Cr, 20Cr, 40Cr, 15MnVB and 30CrMrSi can be selected.
Expansion bolts are special threaded connectors used to fasten pipe supports/cranes/brackets or equipment to walls, floors, and columns. There are more than 10 grades of carbon steel bolts, including 3.6, 4.6, 4.8, 5.6, 6.8, 9.8, 10.9 and 12.9. The Numbers before and after the decimal point respectively represent the nominal tensile strength and flexion ratio of the bolt material. For example, the labeled 8.8 class bolts indicate that the tensile strength of the material reaches 800MPa, and the flexion ratio of 0.8 means that the yield strength reaches 800x0.8=640MPa.1. Select an alloy bit matching the outer diameter specification of the inner expansion bolt, then drill the hole with reference to the length of the inner expansion bolt, drill the hole deep until you need it for installation, and then clean the hole.
2. Install the flat cushion, spring cushion and nut, screw the nut to the bolt and the end to protect the thread, and then insert the inner expansion bolt into the hole.
3. Turn the wrench until the washer and fixing surface are flush. If there is no special requirement, generally tighten the wrench by hand and then turn it for three to five turns.Company Profile

dimension, surface treatment, material,
and our mechanical engineer will evaluate if it will be applied to production.
